Bailey Park, the Owls' state-of-the-art softball complex, was also built as a brainchild of Dr. Bobbie Bailey. With wrap around stands behind home plate and stadium seating on the second level down the first base line, Bailey Park is the standard for modern softball facilities.

In 2007, the $5 million park underwent another improvement for players and fans alike as the Owls installed a Daktronics scoreboard complete with a video screen. The board is able to show player bios as well as advertisements and score updates for fans.
