2005-06 Season: Played in all 29 games for the Owls in '05-'06...selected the Atlantic Sun Conference Freshman of the Year...was third on the team in scoring with 12.8 points per game and second with 5.4 rebounds per game...finished second in the A-Sun with 2.07 steals per game...his 60 total steals are the most ever by a freshman at KSU...posted a season high in points for KSU when he notched a career-high 35 points at North Florida (2/3/06)...in that game, he finished 13-of-19 from the floor and 3-of-5 from beyond the three-point arc...followed that game by scoring 28 points and dishing out five assists in the Owls' win at Jacksonville (2/5/06)...posted eight straight double-digit scoring games from 1/28/06 to 2/24/06...scored 12 points and dished out a career-high six assists versus Campbell (2/11/06)...led the Owls with 30 points and eight rebound in KSU's win at Campbell (1/9/06)...grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds against Furman on (12/29/05)...was two rebounds shy of first double-double with a 22-point, eight rebound performance versus St. Paul's (12/10/05). Prep Career: Played his prep basketball at Buford High School under head coach Milt Travis, scoring over 1500 points in his four-year career and leaving tied with Quincy Nuckles as the schools all-time leading scorer...as a senior he led his team with 20 points and 10 rebounds per game...also led the Wolves in assists, steals and deflections...was selected to the All-State Team and was the Region 8AA Player of the Year in his senior season...was also a McDonald's All-American Honorable Mention member, an Atlanta Tipoff Club All-Metro Team selection and a three-time member of the All-Region First Team....was selected to the Gainesville Times and the Gwinnett News Team of the Year for the 2004-05 season...won the Deano Kilgo Award for Effort, leadership, and character...in his junior season, he averaged 18 points and 11 rebounds per game.
