Played for two years in high school in Belgrade, in addition to her junior and senior years at Christian Heritage School in Dalton, Ga., for head coach Julie Norton...Team at CHS won District tournament her junior year, finishing third place in GISA that season...Was named TVCAC Conference MVP in 2006 and TAACS All-Tournament in 2006...Was a GISA All-Region I-AAA honoree her senior year, in addition to being named to the GISA All-State team.

A native of Belgrade, Maja is the youngest daughter of Dragan and Ljubica Kostic...Maja has two older siblings (Marko - 22; Sava - 21)...Maja will major in Business at Kennesaw State.
