Was a four-year starter at outside hitter for Jonesboro High school and head coach Dan Maehlman...Won Region 4-AAA championship during senior year with a 37-8 overall record and 9-0 mark in region play, advancing to the second round of the state tournament...Also reached the second round of the state tournament in junior and sophomore years and advanced to the sectional final during her freshman year...Was named Most Improved Player after her sophomore season...Played club volleyball throughout high school as well.
